 Student prepares for Excel & Analytics but industry is more inclined towards soft skills-

The biggest being GOOD WITH PEOPLE (which automatically translates into Leading,

Managing & Role model)

 Closely followed skill is Analytical Mind

Knowledge :

 Knowledge of the discipline & MBA specialization along with Understanding current

affairs in the dynamic business world

Talent :

 SELLING STORIES and ability to think & react quickly

NOTE: According to a recent survey among industries (sample size being 100) - Ability among

MBA graduates to manage their time effectively is the most difficult to find.
